Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in robotics software development.
  • Expert proficiency in C++ with strong knowledge of multithreaded architecture and debugging.
  • Experience with ROS and ROS2, Linux development, and robotic middleware integration.
  • Solid understanding of localization, mapping, motion planning, control algorithms, and state estimation.
  • Proficient with robotic simulators such as Gazebo and visualization tools like RViz and Foxglove.
  • Skilled in managing pipelines and using tools such as Git and Docker.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and drive for technical excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the core robotics software stack, including integration, control, communication, and infrastructure.
  • Design and implement scalable interfaces for autonomy, perception, sensor fusion, and hardware interaction.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable C++ code for real-time robotic applications.
  • Debug and optimize for performance, reliability, and safety in live environments.
  • Create tools and processes that support efficient delivery, quality assurance, and system monitoring.
  • Collaborate with hardware, QA, and operations teams through testing and deployment.
  • Contribute to software architecture, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
  • Support agile planning and drive technical excellence within the team.
