November was an exceptional month for wheel.me and our partner network filled with customer demos, new collaborations, and a milestone that stood out above all: our first-ever wheel.me Partner Event.
On 11-12 November, we welcomed partners from across Europe and North America to our headquarters in Fredrikstad, Norway - the place where wheel.me technology is designed, built, and continuously refined.
The two days brought together industry experts, system integrators, distributors, and automation specialists for conversations on market trends, hands-on demonstrations, and real use-case exploration. Most importantly, the event reinforced a shared vision for the future of flexible, practical automation.
Throughout the event, one message became increasingly clear:
there is a global push to automate workflows that still rely on people manually moving carts, parts, and materials, yet traditional AMRs and AGVs are often too costly or difficult to deploy.
These are precisely the workflows where wheel.me brings unique value.
With our four independent robotic wheels, we enable autonomous mobility without requiring changes to existing infrastructure, layouts, or equipment. This flexibility makes automation accessible in environments that previously had limited options for scalable robotics.

Partners had the chance to test the technology, explore customer deployments, and see how our platform integrates with existing trolleys, racks, benches, and custom equipment.
Across the sessions, partners shared experiences from real manufacturing and logistics environments. A clear picture emerged: many customers are looking for automation that is simple to set up, does not require changes to existing processes and can grow naturally as their operations develop. They want solutions that fit into everyday work without adding complexity or disruption.
These conversations confirmed what we observe in the market and highlighted the strengths of wheel.me as a provider of practical automation that integrates smoothly into the way companies already operate.

The event encouraged open dialogue around customer challenges, integration practices, and what is needed to scale automation responsibly and efficiently.
“Very inspirational event! Lots of talks on the way back - it’s quite simple, it’s just a new type of wheel.”
“Seeing real use cases showed us how broad the market truly is.”
“This finally gives us a way to offer automation to customers who can’t justify large AMR projects.”
Of course, no great gathering is complete without a friendly competition.
At the end of the first day, we hosted our first-ever wheel.me Table Tennis Tournament, and the energy was as high as during the technical sessions.
Fast rallies, impossible saves, cheering from the sidelines, and plenty of laughter.
The final match even drew a full audience, and the winner walked away with the proud (and unofficial) title of wheel.me Ping-Pong Champion 2025.
It was the perfect reminder that while we’re united by technology, it’s the people, relationships, and shared moments of fun that make our partner community truly special.

Our first Partner Event marks an important step in strengthening global collaboration across the wheel.me partner network. The insights, discussions, and shared experiences from the two days are already shaping the next phase of our joint initiatives.

A warm thank-you to all partners who joined us in Norway and contributed to making this milestone a success.
We look forward to continuing the journey, and to many more shared events in the future.
