We're looking for Robotics Field Engineer to join our team in Berlin and help us deploy advanced robotic solutions in Europe.

This job requires a unique combination of mechatronic skills, site mapping experience, end user and site management training ability, customer relationship management and effective internal and external communication.

Qualifications and qualities we are looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or being trained mechatronic)
• An understanding of mechatronics and IT
• Proficient in German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams
• Experience in robotics or any related field is nice to have
• Self-motivated and able to solve problems independently and in customer settings
• Knowledge of and interest in diverse technical topics, including software, hardware and robotics.

Responsibilities

• Deploy advanced robotic solutions, including setting up hardware and software components on-site
• Map customer sites to generate virtual environments for our robots and ensure that these maps are validated
• Prepare customer sites for Wheel.me solution deployment, conduct tests, and train users
• Ensure seamless on-site robot implementation, working with other Field Engineers and Deployment Technicians
• Maintain relationships with customers post-deployment to guarantee smooth robot operations
