We are looking for a highly-skilled Commercial / Business Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will:
Support the CCO in projects and provide support across the commercial lifecycle with a focus on commercial delivery – defining the business need through to contract implementation.
Responsible for sales reporting, forecasting and CRM development.
Develop and manage documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Lead and manage commercial discussions and negotiations with suppliers for the department.
Ensure an accurate audit trail of commercial decisions is maintained and commercial administration is kept up to date.
Monitor market trends and provide regular analyzes of the market.
Support the sales department and customer success department in reaching their targets.
Administration and coordination of the sales and marketing activities in the different departments.
Qualifications we look for:
2-5 years of experience in commercial management or management consulting.
Fluent in English and Norwegian.
Strong management presence and leadership ability.
Strong operational and commercial skills.
Soft skills and personality traits:
Open-minded, curiosity, and highly motivated (grit).
Excellent listening skills and strong communication skills and ability to identify and resolve complex issues
Understands communication levels with different stakeholders

Skills and experience:
Driven, highly motivated individual with extensive experience of managing a range of commercial lifecycle activities.
Results orientated, able to manage conflicting priorities and deliver high-quality work to strict deadlines
Strong communication skills, ability to impart complex information effectively to internal and external stakeholders with varying degrees of technical knowledge and at all management levels
Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders whilst ensuring the best commercial results
Experience of working with commercially sensitive and highly confidential information in accordance with all regulatory and any contractual obligations
Experience in managing commercial projects, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed and communications are managed appropriately, including maintaining comprehensive audit trails
